Ordering & Shipping Policy

Placing an Order

To place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and checkout.  Enter your shipping and billing information and select a payment and shipping option.  Please review all order information carefully before you click the Place Order button on the final confirmation step.  Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email.  You will also be notified when your order is shipped or if your order is cancelled for any reason.  Keep in mind that items are not taken out of inventory until after payment is confirmed, so leaving an item in your cart for an extended amount of time may result in an out of stock notification during checkout.

Once an order is placed, no changes may be made.    

Payment Methods

The following secure online payment are available:

  • PayPal including PayPal Credit, Pay in 4, Venmo, and Credit Card.
  • Credit Card or Debit Card with Square and Stripe. We do not store credit card information. 
  • Pay in Person for pre-approved Friends & Family members.  If you select this option and are not pre-approved, your order will be cancelled.  

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from South Carolina to addresses in the United States (including the US Territories).  Certain shipping discounts are restricted to 10 lbs or less.

I do my best to process and ship your order within two business days for in-stock items and within the posted time for special order items. Please note that I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. Your order should arrive in two to seven business days once shipped unless you request shipping to an APO/FPO address.  Signature confirmation may be added to orders over $250 or orders sent to a P.O. Box.

USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping rates are based on your location and the weight and size of the package.  Keep in mind that USPS Priority ship times are estimates from the time the order is shipped and are not guaranteed by USPS.  I do try to expedite the processing time for Priority mail and usually ship the same or next business day.  Once I turn over the package to your selected carrier, I are not responsible for delays. If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated date, email me at [email protected] and I will assist with a lost package search.  If your package cannot be located or arrives damaged, I will assist with an insurance claim, provided you selected an insured option.  I reserve the right to upgrade USPS Priority shipping options at no extra charge based on packaging constraints.  I am not responsible for loss or damage after delivery.  If your tracking shows your package as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Items marked Special Order will ship separate from other items in your order.  

I reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse these policies or cancel any order suspected of fraud and will do so at my discretion. 

Sales Tax

Applicable state & local sales tax is applied to orders shipping/delivered to addresses in South Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are responsible for payment of all sales taxes or other taxes.  

Viewing Orders

To view a pending or past order, go to your account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the page or the "Sign In" link at the bottom of the page. Log in to your account with your e-mail and password.  A summary of all your account information and orders will display.  You can view the details of any order or change your account information.

Special Orders

Special Order items are noted on the website with the expected processing time on each product page.  A tab on the page will explain more detail about the specific item.  These items may ship separately from other items in your order.  You will be notified of each shipment in your order when applicable.  Due to the nature of the special order process, orders cannot be cancelled or altered once submitted.  You will need to wait on the item to arrive and then request a return.

Preorders & Backorders

If an item in your order is not currently available for shipment, it will either be placed on backorder or cancelled. Preorder and backordered items will be noted on the website with the expected date of arrival. However, on rare occasions they may not be.  You will be notified of any delays within two days of placing your order.  I reserve the right to cancel items that are no longer available or that I cannot provide a date of arrival for. Refunds will be issues to your card or to your PayPal account. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email [email protected] and include your order number.  A restocking fee will not be charged for cancellation of backorders that are not noted as such on the product detail page.

Coupon/Discount Codes

To use a discount code, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.  From the cart screen, enter the code in the Discount Code box and click 'Apply Coupon'. If the coupon is valid for your purchase and has not expired, your total will be updated with the discount applied.  Some coupons, once entered, will update the qualifying items prices in the catalog.

The following rules apply to coupon usage.  Violation of these rules may result in your order being cancelled.

  • All coupons must be entered in the discount code box on your cart page prior to checkout. Coupon cannot be applied after you have completed checkout.
  • If you receive a coupon from an email signup, that email must be used at checkout when you redeem the coupon.
  • Some coupons require that you are logged in to a store account.
  • Coupon value cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The total value of the coupon may not exceed the value of the transaction.
  • All applicable sales tax must be paid, if required by state law.
  • For coupons based on a purchase amount, the amount does not include tax or shipping.
  • Coupons are subtracted from your subtotal before the free shipping value is determined.
  • Returns may forfeit the coupon rules and result in an adjustment to your refund amount.
  • I reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit the use of any coupon.
  • Some items are excluded from product discounts and are marked on the product page as well as in the Specifications.  This may include brands such as Pink Pewter and Grace and Lace, Clearance items discounted 50% or more, or items that are discounted within 10% or below cost.

Updating Account Information

To log in to your account click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.  Log into your account with your e-mail and password.  A summary of all your account information and orders will display.  From this page you can change the following:

  • Account Information - change your password and e-mail address.
  • Address Book - change your billing and shipping address.
  • My Product Reviews - see reviews you have submitted.  Reviews are subject to manager approval before they will display online.  This will help us prevent spamming, obscenity, and ensure the review is relevant to the product being reviewed.
  • My Wishlist - view your wish list.

Please note that changed information will not apply to existing orders.
