Ordering & Shipping Information

  Placing an Order

To place an order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and checkout.  Enter your shipping and billing information and select a payment and shipping option.  Review your order and click the Place Order button.  Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email.  You will also be notified when your order is shipped or if we have to cancel your order for any reason.  Keep in mind that items are not taken out of inventory until after payment is confirmed, so leaving an item in your cart for an extended amount of time may result in an out of stock notification during checkout.

Once an in-stock order is processed, we are unable to change or cancel the order.  If the order is for a pre-order or back-ordered item or has not been processed, you may cancel prior to processing by contacting us at customercare@littlebitboho.com.  Cancellations incur a restocking fee of 5%.

  Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal or by Credit Card or Debit Card with Square. We do not store credit card information on this site.   We now offer Sezzle payments on orders of $30 or more.

We offer a Pay in Person option for pre-approved Friends & Family members who are local to upstate South Carolina.  If you select this option at checkout and you are not pre-approved, we will either cancel the order or send a PayPal invoice for payment within 24 hours.  Please be aware that these items are not held and will be put back into inventory until the invoice is paid. If an item sells it will be removed from your invoice.

  Sales Tax

We charge applicable state & local sales tax for orders shipping/delivered to addresses in South Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are responsible for payment of all sales taxes or other taxes.  Tax is not charged on the purchase of Gift Cards.

  Viewing Orders

To view a pending or past order, go to your account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the page or the "Sign In" link at the bottom of the page. Log in to your account with your e-mail and password.  A summary of all your account information and orders will display.  You can view the details of any order or change your account information.

  Shipping & Delivery

We offer USPS shipping rates. Actual carrier rates will be charged based on your location and the weight and size of the package. We also offer an Economy Shipping option for orders up to 20 lbs as follows:

  • If your subtotal is $75.00 to $500 (after discounts), Economy Shipping is FREE. Please note we had to increase our minimum due to USPS rate increases.
  • We will use the cheapest service available to us from USPS, UPS, or FedEx and may split your order into multiple packages.
  • Footwear may be shipped without shoe boxes or additional packaging materials.
  • An Insurance option is included for for purchases up to $500.

Signature confirmation may be added to orders over $250 or orders sent to a P.O. Box.

Items marked 'Ships Free' will not affect the shipping cost when purchased with other items. If all items in your cart are marked 'Ships Free', you will have a Free Shipping option available in the list to pick from during check out.

We do our best to process and ship your order within two business days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or US holidays. Your order should arrive in two to seven business days once shipped unless you request shipping to an APO/FPO address. We currently only ship to addresses in the United States (including the US Terrirories) and Canada; we do not ship internationally. All items are shipped from South Carolina.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend selecting an option with insurance for purchases of a high value. If your tracking shows your package as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  Store Pickup

We do not have a brick and mortar store at this time. Store Pickup is only available for preapproved Friends & Family customers.

  Preorders, Backorders, & Cancellations

If an item in your order is not currently available for shipment, it will either be placed on backorder or cancelled. Preorder and backordered items will be noted on our website with the expected date of arrival. However, on rare occasions they may not be. We will notify you of any delays within two days of placing your order and we do not expect delays to be more than two weeks unless noted online. We reserve the right to cancel items that are no longer available or that we cannot provide a date of arrival for. Refunds will be issues to your card or to your PayPal account. We may also ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email customercare@littlebitboho.com and include your order number.

  Updating Account Information

To log in to your account click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.  Log into your account with your e-mail and password.  A summary of all your account information and orders will display.  From this page you can change the following:

  • Account Information - change your password and e-mail address.
  • Address Book - change your billing and shipping address.
  • My Product Reviews - see reviews you have submitted.
  • My Wishlist - view your wish list.

Please note that changed information will not apply to existing orders.
